We are dedicated to design and build high quality metal stamping dies. Our professionals have extensive training and experience in using our CAD/CAM software, modern CNC milling machines and full range of mills, lathes and hand tools.

Production Facilities

For more than 40 years Peracha Engineering Co has developed expertise very specific to the needs of the OEMs. We follow strict manufacturing discipline
and quality control. All operations including blanking, forming, welding and paint are done in-house to ensure excellence.

Metal Stamping
Our Stamping Facility is equipped with 30 Pneumatic and Hydraulic Presses ranging in size from 30-ton to 450-tons with bed sizes up to 60 x 96-in.

Surface Treatment

ED Coating Plant

ED Coating is known by many names like Electrode position, Electro heretic, Electrophoresis Coating, Cationic E-Coat and Cathodic Electro Deposition just to name a few. It is an organic coating method that uses electrical current to deposit paint onto a part or assembled product. Because of its ability to coat even the most complex parts and assembled products with specific performance requirements, ED Coating is used throughout industry as a means to coat products in various categories such as: automobiles, automotive parts, transformers, metal office furniture, home appliances, fixtures and much more.

Our system is designed to coat small parts in quantity in a unique way. Our system is known as ‘Dump System’. It is epoxy based black colored CED.

Zinc Plating

Our main activity is in the zinc plating of components, for the automotive industry. We specialize in the Rack plating of Suspension and Assembly components.

We offer a comprehensive range of post plating treatments, including chromate passivate according to global environment and safety standard With our in-house laboratory and trained technicians, we ensure that our CED and zinc plate solutions are analysed and operated within their optimum parameters. This helps us to ensure we maintain excellent consistency for all Paint our zinc plated finishes
